I am Natasha Daniels, an OCD and Anxiety Specialist. I have dedicated my career and my practice to helping children and their families with anxiety and OCD issues.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortuntely we can&#8217;t prevent our kids from having anxiety or OCD, but we can arm them with skills to crush these issues! With skill building through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), kids not only survive with anxiety\/OCD, they learn how to thrive!<\/p>\n<p>I work hand in hand with parents. I believe therapy should be a team effort and as such, I meet with parents in separate sessions to discuss the best possible parental approaches, along with how to help their kids utilize the tools they are learning in therapy.<\/p>\n<p>Parents will leave therapy with just as many new skills as their child.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to Hill Child Counseling.
